PACKAGING PROJECT FAQ

Common Questions Before Packaging Production

Answers to common questions about packaging selection, artwork, dielines, coding and production handoff.

Can you help select packaging for my supplement?

Yes. Applicable packaging can be reviewed around dosage form, serving format, protection needs, filling method, commercial quantity and the intended customer experience.

Can I provide my own packaging or label design?

Yes. Existing artwork, dielines or packaging specifications can be reviewed for production handoff. Please also share the product format, pack size and any supplier specifications already fixed.

Do you provide dielines for artwork preparation?

Where a packaging component and supplier specification are confirmed, the appropriate dimensions or dieline can be used to prepare artwork. Final production files should match the approved component specification.

Can labels and cartons be coordinated together?

Yes. Primary-pack dimensions, label area, carton structure, visible product information and variable-data zones can be coordinated as one packaging system.

Where should lot and date coding be placed?

Coding location should be reserved before artwork approval and matched to the applicable packaging and production process. Exact wording and shelf-life information must follow the approved product and destination-market requirements.

What files do you need before packaging production?

Send the approved product format, target unit count, packaging specification, dieline or dimensions, print-ready artwork where available, and any fixed coding or destination requirements. Legal label and claims compliance remains the brand owner’s responsibility.
