Supplement Packaging Service

Design the pack around protection, filling efficiency and retail presentation.

Primary packaging is a technical choice as well as a branding choice. The right container must fit the dosage form, fill quantity, product sensitivity, label area, shipping method and target channel.

Discuss Packaging

Packaging formats

Choose by product behavior and commercial use.

Availability, dimensions and MOQ vary by project, so final packaging should be confirmed during quotation.

01

Bottles

Common for capsules, tablets, softgels and gummies; count, closure, desiccant and label panel should match the product.

02

Pouches

Useful for gummies, powders and refill-style concepts where pack weight and shipping efficiency matter.

03

Sachets & sticks

Single-serve formats require accurate fill weight, film selection, seal area and artwork control.

04

Blister concepts

Can support unit protection and presentation for suitable solid-dose projects, subject to tooling and MOQ.

Artwork workflow

Do not design against a guessed dieline.

The approved bottle, pouch or sachet size should come first. Then the print area, barcode position, batch coding zone and finishing instructions can be built into the final artwork file.

  1. Confirm pack specification
  2. Issue dieline or dimensions
  3. Prepare editable artwork
  4. Review print-ready file
  5. Approve sample or proof where applicable
