Custom Supplement Formulation
Turn a product idea into a formula that can actually be manufactured.
Custom formulation is where marketing goals, active dose, dosage-form limits, sensory expectations and cost targets have to meet. We use the project brief to identify those trade-offs before commercial production.

The formulation brief
Six inputs reduce avoidable reformulation.
You do not need a laboratory-ready formula to start, but the commercial intent should be clear.
Market
Where the product will be sold and how it will be positioned.
Target actives
Ingredients, branded inputs, extract standards or required dose ranges.
Dosage form
Capsule, gummy, powder, tablet, softgel or liquid—and why.
Serving experience
Daily count, serving size, taste direction and convenience expectations.
Packaging
Bottle, pouch, sachet, stick pack or another presentation requirement.
Commercial range
Launch quantity, target unit economics and forecast assumptions.
Feasibility before decoration
The formula has to fit the format.
A high-dose botanical concept may fit comfortably in a powder but require several capsules or an unrealistic gummy weight. The right dosage form is a technical and commercial decision, not just a branding preference.
Development loop
Brief → feasibility → sample → adjustment → production specification.
Review
Check target dose, ingredient specifications and format constraints.
Prototype
Prepare a sample or practical starting formula for evaluation.
Refine
Adjust dose, flavor, excipients or presentation based on feedback.
Lock
Confirm the production specification and packaging basis for quotation.
